CoverGirl continuous color nail polish

I've been getting an email everyday from CG promoting their new contiuous color nail polish. It claims to have base coat, color, and top coat all in one application. Has anyone tried this polish? If you have, is it as good as they claim?

I tried it.. it totally SUCKED!! Took forever to dry even with the Seche Vite top coat.. I don't remember what else was wrong with it, just that I was totally pissed off trying to get myself to like it cause I liked the color.. I ended up throwing it out..
