Does anyone work on a cosmetic counter?

im working on a cosmetic counter in a pharmacy and i need advice on how to sell make up and do makeovers on the customers im not very good at applying make up on other people and any advice would be great thanks

I would find a line of products and become familiar with them so you can have a reference to fall back on. Maybe each week you can get more familiar with a certain brand so that you are teaching yourself. As far as other people, maybe you can find someone who will let you practice on them? A good friend, or a relative?

You could always do what Mary Kay consultants do, and that's make the people apply the makeup themselves. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Just learn the tips and tricks and tell them/show them while they're doing it.
