Go to a nail salon. That would be my answer since I suck at doing my nails.

Before you go to the salon, please make sure it is a reputable one. Sanitation is crucial. I can though give some pointers to a great manicure. First, never file or buff nails when they are wet from water, this will fray the nail. Second, never cut cuticles, always push them back off the nail plate, then it's ok to cut the excess off. Also when filing the nail don't do a back and forth motion, this will also fray the nail, you should start from one side and go to the middle, then do the next side. A single stroke each time. After your done filing and buffing, make sure you moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Replenishing the natural nail and the skin around the nail will prevent daily callusing. Hope all goes well.
