Hi, I'm hoping someone has a good suggestion. I have been using L.A Girl retractable black eyeliner pens for quite awhile, but most of the time I can't get it to glide on smoothly or easily. I have also in the past used gel eyeliner pots, but find that the eyeliner pots dry out quickly and I have tried the microwave trick to get it back into a gel, but that doesn't work that well. I thought about switching to a black liquid eyeliner, but I hear it can be messy. I'm wondering if anyone has any good suggestions, or good eyeliner products that goes on fairly smoothly.
What is the better eyeliner.
