Page5's egg recipe reminded me of my own so I thought I might post ours. This is a great recipe for kids, plus you can sneak veggies in. This is a really versatile recipe and you can sort of go crazy by changing up the fillings.

Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool quite a bit before eating since the fillings can get very hot. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
These also can be frozen and reheated quite easily.
Substitutions: You can also make Hot Dog Uglies by putting sliced hot dogs, chili with no beans and cheese inside.
Ingredients:
- Refrigerator biscuits
- Pizza Sauce
- Shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- Pizza fillings (toppings) of your choice like: Pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, ham, olives, pineapple, onions, bacon, tomatoes, spinach, etc.
Tools:
- Muffin tin(s)
- Non-stick baking spray or oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degress
- Dice and prepare your fillings
- Spray your muffin tin with non stick baking spray or oil
- Open your biscuits, roll them out to about half inch height circle
- Press the biscuit dough into each tin
- Sprinkle a little cheese in the bottom
- Put a spoonful or so of pizza sauce in
- Add fillings of choice
- Sprinkle a little more cheese on the top
