What is my perfect Hair cut and color?

I have naturally black here, which used to be  wavy with loose curls at ends. Then I rebounded and now my front part went wavy again with straight ends. What hair cut should I give? I want something unique and that goes with my oval face. Posting pictures of haircuts would help my hair dresser to replicate. I want a medium length hair cut.

 And again, I have naturally black here which got a bit brownish after I highlighted it last year.What color can I use for a change? My skin complexion is brown.
