I'm pretty sure I'm either cool or neutral, but how do you tell?
Am I cool, warm, or neutral toned?

Look at your wrist veins. If they're greenish, you're warm. Purplish/blueish? Cool.

Vein test is great!
Just wanted to add: I think if your veins are a bit of both you're either neutral or cool-olive.
(I am the latter; my veins are equally blue and green and my undertone is icy-yellow and lime green.)

Vein test or skin color. When you're 'warm', your skin will have a natural color. When you get cold, it'll have spots and become blueish.
