Hey Y'all. So my name is Judy. I live in Virginia Beach, VA. I am the mother of three kids and a whole lot of animals. I'm divorced. I am practically brand new to the makeup/subscription boxes game. The month of March was my first month. I'm subscribed to Ipsy, Birchbox, Boxycharm and Glossybox. I am looking for other subscription boxes to get into so if you have any suggestions I'll be happy to hear them!! I'd like to keep them in the $20 or less range a month. If there's anything else you'd like to know, let me know and I'd be happy to answer any questions or tell y'all a little more about myself!!

Hi, Lady J!  My all time favorite sub box is Popsugar Must Have; it's out of your price range ($40) but it's the only one I never get tired of. When I first got into sub boxes I did what you did, subbed to a zillion sample boxes but that just resulted in sample overload for me (I was getting things way faster than I could use them).  Now I do more lifestyle boxes than sample boxes.  PSMH feels like a really special treat in the mail every month, even after 3 years of subscribing.  I'm a mom too (2 little girls) so I can use that treat!

But to stay in your price range, the only other one I'd recommend is the allure sample society box.  The brands are a little better than ipsy and the sizes are a little bigger than birchbox, so it's worth the extra few dollars to me.

Welcome to MUT!

Welcome to makeuptalk!

I agree that I loooove PopSugar, although it is $40 a month, I gladly gave up 2 of my other subscriptions in order to get it- it has such a wide variety of products and I'm almost never disappointed!

If you're set on the $20 or less per month, I would definitely recommend Allure Sample Society if you want a similar vibe to Birchbox/Boxycharm etc. Also if you want to try more natural products as well as beauty products from smaller businesses, Kloverbox is amazing at $25 a month :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Looking forward to seeing you around the site!
