Hormones are the chemical messenger for the breakouts. When hormones fluctuate they can give weight gain, depression and fatigue in addition to adult acne.

I stopped using store bought cleanser and acne treatments.

I started using 100% Chemical Free Skincare.

Using an Aloe leaf on my face also did the trick.

A lot of acne products have drying affects to skin because of the alcohol and astringent.

Drinking lots of water with lemon also works. Basially your eating habits and the amounts of water you drink have a alot to do with skin.
