I have sensitive skin. My dermatologist advised me to use specific face wash. I used it but my skin becomes more red and dry. I have searched on the Internet that Face washes are not good for the sensitive skin, so I stop using face washes. I’m looking for good soap for my skin. Can anyone recommend me best soaps for sensitive skin that does not cause redness, rashes or dryness? :)

I agree with Steelix. Also, the ones you are choosing may just be too harsh.  Have you tried natural ones? I use a powder face scrub by Ora's Amazing Herbal and then follow up with coconut oil and it works great for my skin.  Only scrub a couple times a week, not every day.  Then in between just wash your face with mild soap and water.
