This was a really good pick Barbie. I can see a lot of folks joining in on this one! I'm stuck between should I do the Tartan ad because I have some of the pigments (my only M.A.C) or should I try for something more adventurous using a variety of products. 

Great theme! I featured it on the home page. 

how fun, there should be lots to choose from over the years.  Maybe have the participants include their personal inspiration picture of the look they're recreating?  I love these contests where you already know the entries are all going to be so different!

I agree that posting your inspiration is a good idea /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> upload the poster your ad you are recreating along with your entry pic!

I'm really disappointed that the colors didn't show up properly in the pictures (my lighting was off).  I may not use these as an entry.  I'm going to try the other one and see if I can get better lighting before I decide.

I'd really like to give this a try. Hopefully I can find the time.

I used such a variety of cosmetics to create this look

MAC pigments in Jardin Aires and Gold Mode on the lids
Coastal Scents shimmer brown in the crease
Two Tarte greens from the Jewerly Box Palette and MAC pigment in Gilded Green on the lower lash line
Ardell Lashes in #21
Bronze Cream Eyeliner from Smashbox Eye Wish Palette lining upper lashes
Urban Decay 24/7 in Whiskey in the lower waterline
