I think the trust fund primer is almost identical to smashbox, the ingredients are very similar.

The pull tab on the bag is a ghost:

I like the bag, super cute!  Mine is suppoed to be here this week, can't wait!  I like 98% of my items, the perfume could be questionable (like if it gives a headache, I can do strong perfume but no florals or I am down for the day).

I signed up again just for the bag lol. I loved August's bag too and was able to swap for one, but can't swap for the other one for the life of me. So I saw this spoiler bag and had to have it. I'm getting NYX eyeliner, which I hate NYX products and don't use liquid eyeliner, TheBalm blush, which I've received a thousand times from various subs, a generic eyeshadow, don't even remember the name, but looked like a pretty shade. A hair product I won't use and a brush, I'm only excited about the brush and the bag this month, typical Ipsy. I'd die to get a foundation, primer, BB cream, scrub, even a cleanser, I'm so tired of only getting moisturizers.

Here is a pic of my bag. I'm really happy this month because of the concealer and the Tattoo liner

My bag arrived today! It was kind of a bust if I'm honest but the bag is so cute I don't mind.

MUFE Foundation - Shade is too dark for me (I got Ivory but I'm super pale)

Trestique Lipstick in Belize Bordeaux - Pretty color, but it's sheer enough to look kind of hot pink on me and I'm not into that.

NYX Liner in Gunmetal - Seriously what am I supposed to do with a gunmetal liner?

Purlisse Lip treatment - This I really like and will use.

I don't remember the brand Shadow Brush - Brushes are my favorite thing to get so this made the bag.

The first three I'll pass on to my mom, but honestly the other two and the bag make up for it.

    • This Advent Calendar sounds amazing!! Thanks so much for sharing!!
    • I am going on a No Buy (replacements only) in January and February. My goal is to pay off a credit card of $140 (accounting for interest, I will need to pay off around $150), and to use up my deluxe sample sized beauty items. The same resolution I have every year, but this time it's different. I'll be paying off the last in a very long series of mini debts I had in my debt snowball, after two years of paying things off. After that I'll be going into a different phase, working on larger debts. Also, I am starting with far, far fewer sample beauty products than I used to, having used so many up in the last two years.  It's exciting, getting to the end of this phase. I'm going to be going through my samples in the next two weeks and getting ready! It's a good way to start the year, with smaller goals and easier wins.
    • Do you like card games? for example poker?
    • Advent calendar: Day 8 - Bright red nail polish - Polish was so easy to apply, and lasted well. I got several compliments on it.  Day 9 - At the Heart of Pine Trees Holiday Shower Gel - a fresh orange scent with a soft wood note.  Day 10 - Apricot body scrub.  Day 11 - Hydrating micellar water.  Day 12 - Plein Soleil Perfume - I love the perfume! It is tuberose with a hint of cardamom, to evoke travels to the East.  Day 13 - At the Heart of Pine Trees matching body lotion.  Day 14 - Mango Coriander Shower Gel.  I've been feeling the pressure of the holidays this month! I've been frustrated, because I have not been able to make progress on paying my credit card off by the end of the year. It's looking like it's not going to happen. I wanted to pay it off by the end of the year just because of perfectionism. Since it was the last in the series of smaller balance debts in my debt snowball, I thought it would be nice to have it done by New Year's Eve and start January with a larger goal. After having a relaxed day (I went to the park for a walk and saw baby deer!), I finally thought of something that made it okay to defer that goal a bit. I realized I won't be finished with my mini beauty products by the New Year either. I have far fewer than in past years, but I'll still have some to get through. I always had the concept of using my mini sample products and paying my smaller debts (the easier goals) and after that was through, I would use up full sized products while paying off larger debts. After thinking of that, I felt it would be okay to make a new plan and give myself January and February to pay my last small bill ($140) while using up the mini products. Then in March I can begin work on larger debts and larger products! I did achieve all of my 2019 New Year's Resolutions, and paid off five credit cards this year, and I'm very happy with that. I'm not going to go on a shopping spree and buy myself a lot of things with credit cards, but I do need to make it through Christmas!
    • I think Makeup brushes are a base for makeup, especially for this set of makeup brushes, highly recommended.
