I used to do it daily, then got really discouraged when my period would come and it would be 5lbs more...damn that water retention. I try to do it once a week now...becuase your weight fluctuates so much given the time of day, how much you ate/drank, if you've gone to the bathroom..I found that weighing myself daily was doing more harm then good. I stick to doing it every wednesday morning now (except when im on my period, i skip that week all together).
