Anyone else doing Glamour's 12 week body by glamour?

On the site it has a bunch of different strength training exercises for your body and it tracks your weight, food intake and exercise habits so you can see your progress. I think it's interesting and motivating at least for me because I'd like to tone up a bit. They're actually challenging.
