  1. Do not wear bright pink or iridescent pink eyeshadows; they make eyes look irritated and tired. Muted or pale pink is an option.
I have a fushia/hot pink e/s that really seems to make my blue eyes pop, maybe this only applies to certain skin tones. I too have blue eyes and look awesome in fuschia/hot pink e/s!
