Are you afraid of snakes?

Last summer, we had a trip to Caliraya, Laguna, Philippines and on our way there, we ate in an exotic restaurant. They have two huge python snakes in a cage. It was really scary and I had goosebumps seeeing it eventhough it is in the cage. I don't really like snakes. My cousin-in-law bought a small garter snake around 10 inches long. My husband was fond of it but I was too scary to touch it.

I am very scared of snakes. We have at least three deadly snake types here.

I do not like snakes. I used to be so afraid of them I would run away, even had one chase me once. But after having found one in my hotel room in Houston, TX and had to kill it with a spatula, I am not afraid of them anymore. But I don't like them, don't want them in my home, and if we both happen to meet when I am outside, I go the other way.
