Serves 2
[*]Panfry 1/2 lb. sirloin steak in a little oil 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove to cutting board.
[*]Cut 1/2 lb asparagus in thirds; add to pan. Cover & cook 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
[*]3 Stir in 1/4 cup each orange juice & stir-fry sauce, and heat. Slice steak; spoon asparagus over top. Serve with rice.
* Before cutting the asparagus, bend each tough, woody end until it breaks off.
