Okay, when it comes to cooking i can cook my behind off. I can cook anything. I am trying to venture into baking, i can make the heck out of cheesecake and sweet potato pie; but when i tried to make a cake they sticked to the pans. What is the trick to getting them out of the pans in one peice? Most of the cake was stuck to the pans and so therefore the cake was lopsided and ewww just not a nice appearance, although it tasted very, very good...lol
