I like and use  Sunkissed by Hello Minerals. I'm very light. Also their Warm&Sunny is fab. (looks exactly like BE's "warmth") Both are matte. Though they do carry 2 other bronzers w/ a slight shimmer.(and I mean very slight shimmer) Perfect if you prefer to not look like a disco ball. Great price and customer service. Reputable company. I've been a customer for 2 years. Here's a link: http://hellominerals.com/hello-minerals-bronzer.html

Milani and Iman cosmetics have the best non- shimmer bronzers that i've used. Usually my bronzers have shimmer so I don't know many without it.

I mix MAC Chez chez lame limited edition highlight powder and Tarte park ave princess matte waterproof bronzer

 Do you have Iman's Clay? I've had it in my basket for a while but can't make the buy. Is it dark, or does it just give a glow?

My Fav is Tarte Matte Waterproof Bronzer in Park Avenue Princess... Not orange at all and no shimmer what so ever.. Lasts all day long...

Speaking of Tarte.. they just launched an HD bronzing finishing powder that is just gorgeous.

I LOOVE,love,lOvE  TANtalizer by Lorac. It's soooo pretty! I use it on clients with fair-dark skin. It's just shimmery enough--marbelized between two colors (a light golden sparkle, with a deeper coppery color)

If you don't want to buy the full sized one, you can buy the To-Go size for like $10 (what I did) and it can last you a very, very long time. =)

* EDIT *

I realized just now that you said non-shimmery. In that case, I'd try Stila's bronzing powders. They have a matte finish. =)

My absolute favorite is by Smashbox called Bronze Lights. Totally matte, in a pressed powder: http://www.smashbox.com/BRONZE-LIGHTS

It comes in two different shades but both look very natural (i.e.: not orange or pink) and go on slightly sheer so you can control the amount of bronzing. I use this to contour (using this brush: http://www.maccosmetics.com/product/146/324/168-Large-Angled-Contour-Brush/index.tmpl) and to add that touch of color to the face and body (using this brush: http://www.maccosmetics.com/product/146/1508/134-Large-Powder-Brush/index.tmpl).

Dior Bronze Matte Sunshine. I am an NC42 in MAC, so I own the Amber Matte 003 shade. If you possess a fair or lighter complexion, you should get the Honey Matte 002.

I bought a Halo To Go in Medium over a year ago - one of the ONLY Smashbox products I actually like and will pay for - and have used it as bronzer from day 1. Completely flat, no shimmers and looks super natural even with no other makeup on. Works great with or without blush too, no matter what color, or all over my face. Impossible to tell I'm even wearing it when I do that. It's also buildable on my skin, and I'm medium toned. Won't even bother to give my MAC 'coloring' as every MUA I've seen in their stores says it's different. NC/NW bla bla. But I use NARS Firming Foundation in Deauville, if that helps any.
