Best eyeliner?

I always have problems finding a GREAT eyeliner. They always end up 'running" at the end of the day, and im stuck looking like i have either black eyes or.. just really bad. Any suggestions??

just a little trick, i like to put a bit of UDPP before applying eyeliner on my lower lid. but sometimes my eyeliner still smudge so i usually take a few q tips and a tiny bottle of eyemakeup remover and put them in my bag, just in case.

Q-Tips are my best friends, as is makeup remover... /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
