best top coat? Help me get my Julep to last

It seems to vary by person.  It does not chip on me.

I agree. I also think that it varies by color as well. Most of the Julep polishes last a really long time and don't chip at all for me. However, a few of the colors (not including the suedes since they are known to chip easliy) do seem to chip faster than most of the others.
