Hi all -
I try to practice Bikram Yoga about 5 times a week, but I know I'll have to take some time off after surgery (although Dr. Le said I can resume yoga after 2.5 or 3 weeks -- but I don't know if he knows what Bikram is -- i.e., 90 minutes of yoga in a room heated to 105 degrees F). Does anyone here practice Bikram and have any experience of Bikram after rhino?? I hate missing a class -- but my fear is that my nose will swell up like crazy in a room that's hot and humid!
