Their CS is...sorely lacking... finally get an email response with a "copy of their first reply" that looks like it was just typed into the second email and that the first reply went into my "spam account", and "here have some points since we can't send you out another sample." Um... why would an email from an address that's in my address book go into my "spam account"
What I really think happened is they saw my "SECOND EMAIL" in blazing caps and "Kara" sent a response including what "Sarah" supposedly sent me last week. Mind you "Sarah"'s response looks like it was typed in by "Kara" today.
I sent a polite email basically saying "thanks, but I can see through your shenanigans. Have a nice day."
