If it's just a few items, what I usually do is a sort of tiered thing, so my list would look like this:

But this is not a good thread for long swap lists!  Anything more than that, and it's better to keep this post limited to the current Birchbox and then say something like, "Please also see my swap list for things from other boxes!"  That's because these box-specific swap threads get OUT OF CONTROL with long swap lists for multiple months and companies if you just throw everything into your post here.  The following link is a good place to put subscription box swap lists because, conveniently, it's the subforum created specifically for that purpose, and you can go in and edit posts over there as your list of available and ISO items changes, and you can continue to use it month after month (posts in this thread lock for editing after twenty-four hours):
