Has anybody else had this problem?

I bought and tried them last weekend (or was it 2 wks ago?). Anyhoo, when I put it on, I feel like there's a heat radiating into my lids... I mean not only a heat, it feels like it's burning...

I tried it with primer, concealer, vaseline, and it still feels like it burns...

Could it be an allergic rxn?

I just tried these over the weekend and I didn't experience any burning or heating feeling.

hhmm, i wish i could help you, but i have lots of ben nye shadows... and never had a problem. I would think it is an allergic reaction though.

wow!!! maybe you are having a metallic reaction to the shimmer in Ben Nye Lumiere? since it is a hi-def makeup for stage use, they use very concentrated ingredients to last in stage light.
