Yep they need a black and brown.  I know I'm not the only person who isn't into colored liner.  But if I could pick one makeup item to stay on while swimming it would be my black eyeliner.  I just feel better with a thin line at all times, it does a lot for my eyes.

They're advertised in Ulta's sale guide this week.  That's where I found mine so maybe try there?
