Carmen Electra---Lookin Good or Lookin Bad?

Carmen has to be the most beautiful woman I have ever saw on t.v. I remember being jealous of her whenever I saw her because she was always looking so "perfect" I am likng her makeup and hair, the dress is a little too long for me and those ruffle thingies at the top are confusing. What do you say? Lookin good or bad?

You know.... I have never been a fan of Carmen Electra. I'm already biased there. I don't find her particularly attractive (in my own tastes anyway), nor is that dress.
