Cat Pee

So my boyfriend and I moved into a place almost a couple months ago. The previous owner must've had a FEW cats because the pantry smells like really STRONG piss. I wiped down the shelves and mopped it up real good but the smell is still there.

I'm going to say something to the landlord, AGAIN.. but i wanted to ask if anyone on here knew how to eliminate the problem so i didn't have to wait around for my landlord to actually do something about it.
