The travel kit was most likely an error we will send out a replacement as for the brushes I think we ran out of them around that time so most likely warehouse didn't put them in the box since we will often ship those out later. I will go ahead and send her out some we just got a new shipment in.
Also it takes up to 24 hours for our support email to respond. Chances are support will forward me the email in a day or so....
