Hey all!
Does anyone have any tips on how to stop picking at your cuticles/biting your nails? At the moment, my cuticles look the best they have in a long time, and my nails aren't too bad either.
Usually my cuticles have tears down my fingers and are scabbed over/bleeding and Iwant to stop picking at them.
About biting my nails...over the summer my nails got relatively long, and then I bit them off...i can't keep my nails terribly long, at least on my left hand, because I play the violin and long nails click on the fingerboard and mess up the sound.
But nonetheless...
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
