Do you apply mascara on the top of your lashes ?

nope.. i never do that. my friend does it all the time n she urged me to try it. didnt like it.

No. My lashes are pretty short and I put on all other makeup first so I know it would ruin it and I would have to start over.

I always do that. Mascara goes on top,bottom,and in between lashes.
