Do you NEED to apply lip balm before lipstick?

I always moisturize my lips with burts bees lipbalm....it really depends on you. =D

IMHO I don't think you're "supposed" to put on chapstick before putting on your lipstick. I think it just depends on whether your lips are dry or not.

I think chapstick is still OK. I just have no patience with lip liner!
