Does it really make you look old? I heard that smoking will make your skin develop wrinkles and other age-associated changes to your face. This is because the Nicotine inside causes blood vessels to narrow, reducing oxygen flow and nutrients to skin cells. Is it true?

Smoking over a longer period of time can influence your appearance heavily. Chemicals in cigarettes age and dry out your skin and cause wrinkles that can make you look 10 years older or more!

Definitely! Look up online smokers and sun lovers twins, one did and one didn't. Perfect to show you photos of what the sun and/or smoking does to you over the years. I have friends who have "smokers lips" now in their 50's and 60's. And the ones who loved the sun have so many wrinkles. Use sunscreen and avoid the sun as much as you can. If you smoke, stop! Mostly for your health, but also so you'll look great when your in your 60's!

Yes absolutely! Even the simple gesture of smoking contributes into creating wrinkles, every time that your lips contract to smoke the cigarette, those are the first lines we'll get
