Thank you. That definitely helped out a lot. I always have problems with eyeliner. I don't know if my eyes are just too small, but it usually looks ridiculous on me. And I don't understand how people line their inner lower eye because whenever I put it on that area, it always blinks off really quickly and gets all over my contacts. Any suggestions?
