I think it's a winter dress. I love the detail at the top, but I dont like that collar thing.. it'd look better if it stayed up with regular straps (does that make sense?)
the fabrics are nice, but not together. And I don't like the way the lace is draped over her top half. maybe if it was paired with a more flowy fabric on the bottom and a brighter color would it have worked.
