Good Foundation for my skin?

Hi! I've got really bad skin. It's combination (dry all over but my nose gets oily and so does my forehead occasionally.) It's also acne-prone (Neutrogena sunblock even made me break out!) I'm pretty pale, with pink undertones. Any recs? (I've also got red acne scarring on my cheeks)
