My New Year's Resolution was to stop buying from companies that test on animals, so that means I can no longer use my Aveeno moisturizer. I'm looking for a good one that is under $25 and doesn't feel greasy, but whatever really as long as it is cruetly free! Thanks for any suggestions!

Angelina Organic Skin care has nice moisturizers as do Juice Beauty and Bare Escentuals just came out with a skin care line which I absolutely love their SPF20 day moisturizer.

All these brands do not test on animals.

Thank you! :)

this is the one I got, yeah, its $30, but I think the size is decent and maybe you can wait until its on sale somewhere. Ulta and Sephora both carry it. I love it.

I just checked the juice beauty site and I saw that most of their moisturizers are much more than $25. But might I suggest trying one of their little kits that contain a variety of products to try including moisturizers. They're just travel sizes but you get a nice assortment of them.

and even better if you find it on sale somewhere...Ulta carries the Juice Beauty line, I'd go there and ask them to make you up some samples to try for free.

Angelina Organice Skincare, again, the moisturizers are more than $25 but they have some nice Kits too so you can try it out without spending too much

If you do want to try angelina's line, they have a pretty nice deal for referrals. If I enter your email address they will send you a coupon for 50% off, pretty good huh? and I'd get a coupon for $7 to use in the store.

PM me your email if you want the 50% off coupon. That would bring down their nurishing herbal cream from $32.95 to $16.50 plus shipping. Not bad at all!

the moisturizes in these lines smell awesome, not perfumey, just clean and slightly herbal/lavender/fruit

it should be noted that bareMinerals is owned by Shiseido that is not cruelty free.

check out Lather, Juara, and Alba Botanicals. Go to Vine.com and filter on beauty products that are cruelty free.  use LeapingBunny.com to find items that are certified cruelty free.

Thank you so much for all your details! I'm actually planning on going to Ulta tomorrow, so I think I'll check out the Juice Beauty line, even if it is more expensive. Thanks so much! :)

That's disappointing. I love that new spf moisturizer.

here is what Shiseido says:

I personally would buy their product again, but I think it prudent to read their statement and decide for yourself if you think its morally acceptable to you.
