"Half Red" is actually a lip liner....

Aloong with the Technakohls, I have heard that Eye Kohls have been approved as well, for the waterline.

The reason Fluidline is not rec'd for the waterline....it is designed to be waterproof, so to place it in an area that is designed to be moist (waterline) causes it to dry up and then flake into the eye, and cause irritation.

ok, she must not have wrote down what eye liner she used...she did use a lip liner on me in the red color family.
