I just started blogging recently, and I really look forward to meeting new people!  I haven't been part of the blogging community for about 10 years - just a personal blog in high school when I was really into graphics design.  I had really fun memories getting to know people around the world and bonding over a similar interest.  I'm still very close to a friend who I met through our blogs to this day. 

It seems like the blogging world has gotten so much bigger, and after reading some of the posts on this forum, I think this is a safe environment to talk to others and share ideas.

I feel pretty nerdy, but this is how I really feel.
