Hilary Duff - Yay or nay?

A golden Hilary Duff arrives to the Latin MTV Awards that happened earlier tonight at El Palacio de Los Deportes in Mexico City.

it's neither yay or nay for me. it is just ok.

Actually for the Latin Music Awards, she was quite on point. All the Latina stars show up on the red carpet looking like that, it's a different style than what we are used to here in the U.S.
