Just plain dark chocolate you can have one square after every meal or snack and it shouldn't affect you too much.
You can't binge on anything that isn't a 'health food' because it's just stupid and even if you don't gain weight now it's harming your body by depriving it of some nutrients and drowning it in others.
But this is an awesome cheat to have a chocolate fix while being completely healthy (NO BINGING)
