Do you have any clue in the world what a penalty is for not paying a toll is? I was on 17, took the exit to the Parkway, and got off in Ridgewood...little did I know there was a friggen toll in the way. I had ZERO change on me, and no one was in the booth, so I beeped my horn (which is what my dad always told me to do) and I left. I know they have cams and stuff, so I will pay the toll...but what else happens?

I ended up calling the Turnpike Authority, the GSP division, and on Exit 166 off the parkway, no violations officers were around, so I don't have to pay a fine.
