Hey Ashley, jw.. does Browlash tube the lashes?

Hm..you know...I'm not really sure. It doesn't come off in tubes as much as Blincs, but it definitely doesn't just stay on my lashes and smudge off like regular mascara.

K. Thanks. I'm pretty interested in it. I saw it at Japantown SF & I was trying to read the back.. hoping for info.. but lol.. alas.. it was totally in Japanese.
