Shisho, if you want to find a psychiatrist again, I recommend getting the names of a few psychiatrists and then calling to interview them. Just ask about where they went to school, the theoretical basis of their practice, their approach to therapy, etc. Even if you don't really understand all the answers, the way they handle the questions and the "interview" should give you good insight into how they would be as a psychiatrist as well as your "chemistry" with them.
