IMATS LA: LA Splash

LA Splash was featuring their 8 new patent pending glitter eyeliners, the Diamond Eyeliner.  They also have 10 Glamorous Shadow Duos, and Confetti Nail Art Glitter.  You apply your nail polish, then dip your nail into the pot while it's still wet, then you seal it with a top coat.  They also have sale items in their 10 for $10 buckets at IMATS.
