I have had sleeping problems over the last 6 years or so. This is what helps me:

No caffeine at all;

No eating or drinking 3 hours before bed time;

No exercise 3 hours before bed time;

Going to bed and getting up the same time every day, even on weekends;

1000 mil calcium, 300 mil magnesium 1 hour before bed time;

Exercise 30 minutes every day.
