Its kind of a wet formula, it coats lashes pretty good. I pair it with benefits bad gal and they work beautifully together, but honestly I don't think I'd buy full size even with a discount. BUT... pur minerals has 10% cashback with ebates right now and the 30% IPSY code makes it $14 so if you like the formula I'd say go for ithaahahahahah! Yup, guessed right then. it's like it was the lolitint for this month!/emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> So is it worth buying w/ the ipsy discount? Does it give really thick lashaes/volume or...?
