Never used CS but BH is amazing. Never had any issues and I use them on a daily bases with sensitive skin.

 
I have the CS Revealed Palette. Nearly daily use and no problems. I use BH Cosmetics brushes and they are fantastic. They do not skimp on bristles (kinda off topic but, just saying). I think they're perfectly safe and haven't heard of anyone having problems with them.
