Why aren't they eye/lip safe?
I'd think that'd make cool liners for the top lash. Mix it with like, a white pigment to tone the color would make it more wearable. I wear brights but never neon. I would totally rock that bright-coral looking one.... add purple to the mix, oh yeah.
