MAC website live chat

I just discovered that you can chat online with a MAC makeup artist if you have questions. Here's the link:

It says that Firefox doesn't support live chat, but it does (I tried it out).

I just used the live chat to figure out some shadows and lipstick color questions. I'll check out MAC and test out the recommendations sometime this week.

I have done the mac live chat 4 times already. The MA's that I did talk to were very nice to me.

I tried it a couple of times too,and i agree ,they are always very helpful and nice.Online chat is an awesome service they provide
